Activity Types

When notifications are sent to users, typically regarding some stage of the document review cycle, an activity type is assigned to the notification. There are some Standard Activity Type fields shipped with the system. You can change the message text and notification parameters for these, but you cannot delete them. The Standard Activity Types listed in the following table cannot be deleted.

There are several activity parameters that are specifically defined for each activity type, including messages associated with the activity and whether the user’s manager can complete the activity.

You must define what activity types can be assigned.

NOTE: Pre-assigned activity types cannot be deleted.
